We work with you to curate your experience based on your choice of flavour and spirit for adventure. You can choose an immersive demonstration workshop or roll up your sleeves and get cooking with chef Karina's guidance and the ingredients she gathers for you. Choose your drink preferences and inform us of any dietary needs. We can easily accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan + food allergies. We have a great gluten-free brewery in Maine.
Coastal Maine Seaweed Cooking Class
Explore coastal Maine seaweeds and learn their food-as-medicine benefits, along with practical ways to incorporate small amounts of seaweeds into everyday dishes while balancing flavours. We will make a seaweed-infused cocktail or mocktail and a selection of recipes using local, in-season ingredients for you to try.

Maine Lobster Cooking Class
Learn how to cook and shell a whole Maine lobster. Make a tasty appetiser-style bite and either an in-season lobster salad or lobster tacos in this hands-on cooking class.
Each guest receives a whole cooked lobster to shell and create two dishes to enjoy.

Fresh Catch — Maine Fish Cooking Class
Learn simple, healthy ways to cook three different local fish in this interactive demonstration-style cooking class.
We will explore simple techniques, flavour pairings, and practical methods you can use at home to prepare fish with confidence using local, in-season ingredients.

Chef's Farmer’s Market Finds Cooking Class
Learn to cook with the rhythm of the seasons and how to make fun and flavourful dishes with what's fresh from the farmers’ market. We will make a selection of vibrant dishes from dips to salads and desserts, using what’s in season straight from local farms and markets. Sit back, relax, sip, and watch Karina create vibrant dishes or roll up your sleeves and hone your knife skills.
